Sweaty Betty: Looks The Part

While sitting in my sound mediation class it hits me that Sweaty Betty is a brand that understands what it means to dress the part. As a stylist it’s my job to turn imagination into reality and in 1998 Founder and Creative Director, Tamara Hill-Norton, did just that with her Athleisure line. She’s developed a brand that cultivates the kind of woman who exudes confidence through their clothes.

I’d never done a sound meditation class before and the suggestion from another mom prompted me to try it out. In the past I grabbed my favorite sweats and husbands tee but this time, dressed in Sweaty Betty, I felt as comfortable as the clothes.

The seems are perfectly placed to make my bum look like I’ve been doing yoga routinely for years. A peek at what I’ll look like through consistency and dedication to my yoga practice sprinkled in with a little bit of spin.

Tamera’s adage, “To me the most important thing is to feel comfortable and confident in what you’re wearing. So from the rise of our waists to sculpting fabrics every piece is designed for a woman’s body.”

The collection includes versatile pieces for whatever workout your life calls for and in the age of Girlboss, it’s important for us to easily jump from one activity to the next.

Typically my routine consists of a workout, errands, picking up my daughter from school, possibly more errands, dinner, bath, bed. Throw in shooting schedules and you have my dream life with the perfect jumpsuit to match lol

Unique and inspiring, there’s a bond between her London cool designs and international prints that are created through her travels around the globe.

I can feel quality in every piece and I’m content.
