Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Today we’re whipping up a fresh batch of raspberry chia seed jam! Sounds complicated right? Think again this recipe takes you less than 3 mins to whip up. It’s my favorite brunch condiment and everyone will think you spent hours on it in the kitchen working on it!

First head over to your local market and grab a pint of fresh raspberries. Make sure they’re bright red/pink with no bruises.

Then let’s head into the kitchen. What you’ll need is your berries, a bowl, fork and chia seeds. That’s it!

Place your berries in your bowl and sprinkle in 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds.

Now use your fork to mash then together and Wa La you have your homemade raspberry chia seed jam!

I love to add mine to toast that’s first been layered with goats cheese!

You can add this delicious jam to numerous items a few of my other favorite are:

Pancakes

Sweet potato toast

Smoothie bowls

Coconut yoghurt

Scones
