Body Confidence: The Movement We Love

We could not help but notice all the body positivity that has been trending on social media for quite some time now.

Recently, various fashion and beauty bloggers have inspired women to embrace their beautiful physical assets, flaws, mistakes, and selves overall.

A movement in particular that has obtained a lot of attention is #EffYourBeautyStandards on Instagram, which was created to help women who struggle with body image feel more appreciative of who they are and more accepting of their features which do not make them look “ugly” “disgusting” or other hate words we often inflict upon ourselves, but only make us look beautiful as women.

Below are a few of our favorite iconic Instagram posts pushing the wonderful message of self-love and self-appreciation.
