Advantages of The Trench Coat

Some of the cutest trench coats drenched the runway this season and the pale pallets are just what we need to brighten up this holiday season. Bottega Veneta hit the runway with this lavender studded coat and carried them through the whole collection which was just stunning.

Since we can’t hit the SS18 collections just yet, Tularosa did a great drop predicting what we can expect with their Vanessa coat in rust. The front pocket creates easy access to anything we can fit in there and still look chic. Perfectly pair it with your LBD to add just the right amount of drama during the cold season.

For those of us that are just a little more conservative we have our classic Bottega Veneta trench with a little bit of slouch. This piece hits just at the perfect length for those of us who aren’t fond of the floor length piece during the rainy season. The long trench may not be necessary on the West Coast but the shorter version by BB Dakota does the job just as well.

The white of this Bottega Veneta piece transforms us into a majestic beauty. It’s perfect for those days that are abnormally warm outside although it’s still the middle of winter. Fashion Keepers brings a ray of sunshine to our face and a sparkle to our wardrobe with this piece.

Straight lines are the history of this coat dating back to WWI. Mainly used for functionality then, the fashion world has turned this piece into something everybody needs because of their slimming lines and waist cinching belts. The design by Christian Siriano seen below definitely comes in a pinch for early morning drop off. All people can see are your shoes…no need to know whats underneath 🙂
